Terms of sale & refund policy

2. Product: a digital "full report" shown in the site/app immediately after an approved payment. The basic report is free.
3. Price: as shown on the checkout page, in ILS, including VAT where applicable. One-time payment, no subscription, no recurring charges.
4. Payment is made on the payment provider's secure page (Grow/Meshulam). We do not store card details. The receipt/invoice is issued by the payment provider.
5. Cancellation & refunds: under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law 1981 and Cancellation of Transaction Regulations 2010. [Exact wording for an immediately supplied digital product to be set by Arik / legal adviser]. Refund requests: erikb1008@gmail.com.
6. Access to the full report is stored on the device/browser used for the purchase. [Access-recovery policy – to be decided].
